Cooking...
So, I am trying something all new!! I really want to get my family to eat better. So, I bought this cookbook called "Deceptively Delicious" You see..I am NOT the cook!! That would be my husband Chad. He is awesome!! But, he works long hours and if I wanna get Tyler to eat something other than chicken nuggets every night I have to start doing something!!
So, the other night I made Grilled Cheese with sweet potato puree...I know what you are thinking...but it was really good!! Tyler literally gobbled it down!! He also ate apple slices (which he has never done before) I fealt very good about this. Today I made meatloaf with carrot puree...Tyler was grumpy so I decided not to even try since I had a feeling he would not want it!!
Anyways, I am just so excited about this!
