Already 5 Weeks

Ashton is already five weeks old. He is such a fun baby! He is beginning to smile at certain things. He loves to look at the fan, paintings on the wall, his mobile, and of course his Mommy, Daddy and big brother Tyler. He is a lot less fussy, but still gets fussy when he is tired. You know when he needs a nap now.

Baby Ashton and Baby Blaze

I can not believe my sister, Tracey and I had babies 4 days apart. How often does that happen??!! On Sunday, Ashton and Blaze finally got to meet. The two were soo cute together!! Ashton is HUGE compared to Blaze and he is four days younger. I swear Ashton looks like a three or four month old baby. He is already growing out of certain 3 month clothes!! UGH!! Guess I get to go shopping again! :)

ONE month!!

Holy Cow!! My baby is 1 month already!! Time is flying!! Ashton is doing great. I did have to take him to the Dr a few days ago because he was really fussy. They said he has colic and wanted to switch his baby formula. He's been on his new formula for about 2 days and what a HUGE difference it's making. He is less fussy and gassy. He seems happy...that makes Mommy happy!! We also went back to the Dr today for his 1 month appointment. My little guy is a BIG boy!!
Here are his stats:

Height: 23 1/4 in 95th percentile
Weight: 11 lbs 3 oz 90th percentile
Head: 14 3/4 in 25th percentile

His Dr said he is a VERY healthy little boy!! Thank goodness!!

Tummy Time!!

Ashton and I started doing "Tummy Time" this week. Of course, he is not really liking it. He just likes being held and he likes to eat (as I'm sure you can tell) He is though doing great with keeping his neck and head upright sometimes.

Awe, how sweet is this?? Yes, Tyler loves his little brother this much!!

Happy 4th Birthday to Tyler!!

My sweet Tyler,

I seriously can not believe you turned four today!! You are growing up so fast...too fast!! I am sad that you're growing up so fast, but so happy that I get to see how you grow on a daily basis. You are such a joy to have around. You have such a big heart and are so caring.
You love your little brother so much. You love to help your Mommy and Daddy with everything that has to do with your brother. You love to hold his hand and can not wait to be able to play with him when he is a little older.
You love to play Super Heroes, puzzles and I love to watch you interact with your toys and with your friends when you have them over to play.

I am so thankful God chose you to be my son.

Tyler got a brand new Spider Man bike for his birthday!! He LOVES it, just needs to learn how to ride it.

I'm THREE weeks!!!!

How is it already THREE weeks since Ashton was born??!! I can not believe it!! He is an absolute joy! It is a little hard having to get up every 2-3 hours at night, but I know it is only temporary and it is so worth it having him in our lives. He is a very happy baby...he loves to be held, kissed and near his Mommy, Daddy or Tyler.

Happy 4th Birthday, Tyler!!

I decided to try and get outside and snap a few pics of my BIG almost 4 year old!! I can not believe my baby boy is going to be 4 years old this Sunday. It seems like yesterday that Chad and I were driving to the hospital to have our 1st baby!! As much as I want to cry that it's going so fast, I am so thankful to be able to see everything he does and watch him grow into a young man. He makes me such a proud Momma!! I am so grateful that God chose ME to be his Momma!!
