Our Memorial Day Weekend

The weekend was a BLAST!! On Friday night, Chad and I went out with my good friend Heather to celebrate her birthday!! We had a great time.
On Saturday, Chad and I did some serious relaxing!!
Sunday, we had my family over.
Monday, we went to Chad's parent's house and swam and cooked out.
It was a GREAT weekend!!

Tyler's End of the Year Concert!!!

Today was Tyler's last day of Mother's Day Out. I have to say, I love his school and his teachers! They have put so much work in this year and I can see all the benefits Tyler has received from it! He loves his school, his teachers, and of course his friends. He was sad today to say goodbye, but he will go again next year.
Here is some pictures from their end of the year concert....You had to be there!! It was so cute!! Tyler was singing, clapping, & dancing. He had so much fun!!

Tyler's last day of school!

Today was Tyler's last of school for the summer. He starts back for summer Mother's Day Out in about two weeks. He was so excited to go to school today and say goodbye to his friends and teachers! They are also having an end of the year concert by the kids, so he was very excited about getting to sing at that as well!!

Ice Cream....Yum Yum..

Today after Mother's Day Out, Tyler and I met our ice cream buddies, Heather & Tatum at Freddie's in Frisco. Nothing is better than cooling off with some yummy ice cream with friends(actually, I am not big on Freddie's, but the company was good )

Mother's Day Gift from Tyler

Today when I dropped Tyler off at school his teachers told me that last week since Tyler was absent he could not give me my Mother's Day Gift. Look what my little sweet heart made me. I love everything he does for me and I love being his Mommy!!

We are trying......

I am really hoping soon Tyler will start wanting to sit on the potty and GO!! It seems the only way to get him to go is bribe him. He did sit on the potty yesterday, but nothing yet. Soon, I hope!! I made a little Potty Chart for him. He seems to LOVE it so far!!

Mother's Day Weekend!

Mommy and Tyler on Mother's Day Weekend...We had such a special weekend together!!



This was by far the best Mother's Day yet!! I am so thankful to have such a wonderful husband and son!! The whole weekend was about me!! On Saturday, I got to do some shopping by myself!! It was so nice! That evening we all hung out on our patio. We all played in the water, played chase, kicked the ball to each other....it was a fantastic day!! Later that evening after Tyler was asleep, Chad made the best Mother's Day Dinner for me!! He made steak, scallops, asparagus, baked potatoes (yes, we had tons of food, but it was all so good!

On Sunday, Chad and Tyler had bought me the most beautiful flowers - tulips - my absolute favorite!! Tyler kept telling me, "Happy Mother's Day, Momma" too. It was so darn sweet and cute!! I loved hearing him say that to me!!
That afternoon we all went over to Chad's parent's house and had a fun cook out!! It was really nice!!

Thanks again to my wonderful husband and son for making my Mother's Day so special...I love you both so much..

OMG....can you believe my son is eating a carrot?? WOW!! I was shocked!! We now have a ton of carrots in our house in hopes he will start eating some fruits and vegetables!! :)

Morning at Owen's Farm

On Monday afternoon, Tyler and I went to Owen's Farm in Richardson. We picked a HORRIBLE day to go....we had TONS of rain over the weekend and the place was still pretty wet!! I think we may have been there for about 5 mins, when Tyler ran to the goats (he was so excited to see them) and slipped and fell into the mud. He is VERY OCD, so he was not very happy about this!! We hiked to the bathroom for some washing off with water (Mommy was unprepared and had no extra clothes) Oh well, we still had a great time and we'll know for next time NOT to go after a HUGE rain!!

As soon as we got to the farm and Tyler saw this he wanted to get on it!! I told him he needed to wait just a little bit...he did!! When it was finally time he was thrilled. He rode all by himself too, well he met a new friend. He had so much fun!! He rode all around the farm and looked back a few times to be sure I was still there!! It was soo cute!!
