Update .... Tyler & Ashton

Tyler is all better!! Strep is all gone!! YAY!!! He started camp this week! He is so excited!!! He is going to The Allen Metroplex Gym. He has camp from 9-1 today and Thursday and at 1 he gets to do swimming lessons!! At camp he will get to meet new friends, play in the bounce house, do gymnastics, and they will even have special visitors like a petting zoo, little critters, a magician and much more!! I'm glad he gets to do this a few times this summer!! I know he gets bored sitting at home!!

My poor Ashton is just not himself. Strep is all gone but, he is wheezing(again), coughing, crying almost all the time and not eating to well this morning. I decided to take him back to his Doctor. Thank goodness I did! We got there and the nurse checked his oxygen level and it was ranging between 85-89. That freaks me out!! So, they gave him a breathing treatment and got his levels back up to 95!! Thank goodness! They put him on his nebulizer with Albuterol every 4 hrs., a steroid which goes in the nebulizer 2x a day and an oral steroid he has to take once a day. Poor kiddo!! It's now Tuesday though and he is feeling so much better! He is barely wheezing and the cough is much better too. His Dr said if this continues like this through out the summer we should take him back to the Pulmonologist. So, we will see how he does. He's on the meds for atleast 5 days and I'm praying he gets all better and stays better!!
